The Next Level
Playing in college starts long before signing day. We help players and families navigate the recruiting process with someone who knows it from the inside.
Recruiting Coordinator
Michelle has spent more than two decades in college volleyball and athletics administration, and she knows what college coaches are looking for. As our Recruiting Coordinator, she helps Juniors players connect with college programs and guides families through every step of the process.
Our Approach
Every player’s path is different. Here’s how we help Juniors players find the right fit.
We talk honestly with players and parents about playing level, academics, location and the kind of program that fits.
Our tournament calendar puts players in front of college coaches at major events across the Southeast.
Michelle will make connections with colleges on your behalf and at the right time under NCAA rules.
Campus visits, offers and decisions. We’re in your corner all the way to signing day.
Alumni
Alabama Juniors players have gone on to play college volleyball at programs across the country, and the list keeps growing.
We’re building our alumni wall. If you played for Alabama Juniors and went on to play in college, we’d love to add your school.
